About mailerlite and their bad email marketing service

I work with mailerlite for 5 months and i pay them in advance 1000 $, but after 5 months they change the rule of the game, and they change it because they have this right and i cannot do anything.

Why mailerlite service are bad

The simple thing that i can do it is to write on this post and tell other people to not do my mistake.
Take care with mailerlite, they want to pay them in advance and after 3 ,4 month they change the rule. I work with them i pay them 1000 $ in advance and after 4 months my email campaign do not go into clienet inbox. i have every month problem with them: in one month do not work unsubscribe system, in one month do not split correct in groups and in the last period they do not deliver email to inbox. i create different email address n different public email services and i put in the list o and the email do not arrive in inbox (they change the algorithm, because in first 2-3 month do not have this problem). based on that after 5 months i told them that i do not want to use their service and i want money back for the period that i do not use it, and they told me that they do not refund money (when i discuss with them before to pay them they told me that they will give me money back if i do not not have spam more than 0,1%, if they do not block my account and other rules and i respect all that rules). They consider 100.000 emails plan only unique email, so if you add email and people unsubscribe you cannot add other subscribers ,so in few months you pay for 100.000 subscribers and will have only 85.000, but you pay all year for 100.000. they change the rule after i pay, after 2, 3 months.
I use this kind of service for long time but mailer lite is the worst and unprofessional service that i use. If you want to work with them be careful with them because it is not trustful. They take you money and after 6 month, this is my case, they will told you "we re sorry that you are not satisfy by our service but we will not refund your money". If you choose them you will loose money, so choose carefully.
I have a lot of problems with them, every month i have other problem, they solve it, sometimes after weeks and in the meantime you must wait. They do not give any compensation for this problem, some of the problem was a big problem.
For example:
- their unsubscribe systems do not work for a while, and for those who want to unsubscribe the mailerlite system do not unsubscribe them and people became angry because the system send email to them even if they unsubscribe.
- i was scared when i start with them that i must pay in advance for 1 year and i ask them on the chat what is happens if i have problem with the system and i decide to stop the contract and they told me that they will give me the money back for the period that i do not use the systems if they do not terminate the contract because of spam, because of complains and other things like this. My account is still active, it is not block because of this reason and i ask my money back for the period that i do not use it. The answer is that they cannot refund me the money.
- also, when i start the contract a buy different plan, lat of the lan it was 100.000 emails. They told me that if i have 100.000 email for the beginning and people will unsubscribe i can replace the unsubscribe email with  new one (everyone works like this) and also when i want i can replcae 10.000 email with new one (this is possible only once per). After 4 month all of this rule was cancelled by mailer lite, do not inform me about that (it can simple send me an email). Even that when i decide to stop the contract and ask for money back they said that the "do not refund money".
- unsubscribe button do not work all the time, even if it is present there. Some people ask me to unsubscribe manually.
-Some people write me because they will not receive the email from me and when i check those people appear in bounce. I ask mailerlite how is that possible, because that people write me to said that they do not receive emails. They ask me that they are in a bounce because email address have some problem. What problem because i change some emails with those people so their email address do not have problem because i cannot change email with him. They do not solve the problem.
-for 2 month ago the traffic on my website was significant low so i start to investigate what's happens. I ask mailerlite first and they told me that everything is ok with the system. In the last week i create email address several email address to public services (gmail, yahoo, outlook). I have my old email address on this services and it is already insert into mailerlite system. i check the old email address and i receive email in some of them in spam folder. For some of the new email that i create i do not receive my campaign (actually a create 3 but and for 2 of them i do not receive email in inbox till now). I check to see if the email address it is ok, and if the mailerlite system send email to this. Everything was ok but the email do not apesr in any foder (inbox or spam). For other email address i saw that the email arrive after 3,4, 5-6 hours from the hour that i program to send it. For example if you program email to be deliver at 8:30 in the morning for some people email arrive in the inbox after 4 hours.
- some of the campaign was not send. I program to be send and the campaign was not send. i saw this in the next day and they told me that the server is was busy. Really?

So, it was a lot of problems, some of them i do not write it here, i understood them because if you made software you know that sometimes can have problems, but this problem is too often in mailerlite systems, so i decide to stop the contract with them. My account is still active but i do not use it, i told them that i want to stop the contract and i want money back. I do not receive it so i wrote this post because you have the right to be informed.
I consider that if you have this information you will take the right decision for you and for your business.
They will tell that i do not respect the rule and they will finish the contract and not me, so i made i a short movie to see that my account is still active when i wrote this post and i put it here. I have another prove that i will put here in time.
